Login Help

Help for members repeatedly being sent to the login page

There are two types of browser settings that can cause you to be sent to the login page.
1. The Content Advisor in Internet Explorer
In the top tool bar of your Internet Explorer browser, click "Tools", and then "Internet Options". When the Internet Options box opens up, click the "Content" tab. Under the heading "Content Advisor", there will be two buttons. The button on the left should say "Enable". If it says "Disable", it means that the Content Advisor is on and it may block some sites from loading. To disable the Content Advisor, click the "Disable" button, and then it will prompt you for your password. This password was chosen the first time your Content Advisor was Enabled.
2. Old Cookies/Sessions
Your browser may be trying to pull up an expired session. Deleting your cookies and Temporary Internet Files will usually fix this problem.

In Internet Explorer, you can do this by clicking the 'Tools' menu on your browser and selecting Internet Options. Click the Settings button on the 'General' tab, and make sure it's set to 'Every Visit to the Page', then click OK. Click 'Delete Files'. Make sure 'Delete all Offline Content' is checked and then click OK. Click 'Delete Cookies'. You may need to close all open browser windows before it takes effect.

For Netscape Navigator, click the 'Edit' menu and select 'Preferences'. Click on the arrow to expand the options under 'Advanced' and click 'Cache'. Make sure the option under 'Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network' is set to 'Every time I view the page'. Now click both Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache, then click 'Ok' to close that window. Next, click on the arrow to expand Privacy & Security, then click Cookies. Click the Manage Stored Cookies button, and click Remove All Cookies. Click Close to close that window, and OK to close the Preferences window. You may need to close all open browser windows before it takes effect.

Romans 12:3 - For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think as to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to each man a measure of faith....
